After returning to the site and taking a brief rest, we decided on a bike ride along the closed one-way road. This was once a "quick" way into sites 19-28 and 42-50 so you didn't have to drive all around the lake if you were in those sites. Another example of one less thing to maintain.
After getting some lunch, I took a much needed rest while Ron did some more fishing.
I decided that was enough "exercise" for the day, so we took a drive into Port Jervis to visit the Tri-States monument. This is the actual spot that New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania come together. It is located at the rear of an old cemetary, on the Delaware River. The cemetary is located on the left side just after you go over the steel bridge a short distance into town. The monument and marker are just under the bridges of I-84.
The end of another beautiful and busy day, Ron decided to do some more fishing, while I just waited for another Sunset.
